Renovations and additions to existing homes is a large percentage of our workload. A large percentage of the existing homes in South Coast towns are built on existing non-conforming lots. What this means is that a new home would not be able to be built on the existing lot due to current zoning standard. We are familiar with working around Zoning Bylaws and with current FEMA regulations to come up with creative solutions to allow existing homes to be upgraded to today’s living standards while maintaining the homes integrity. We always maintain contact with owners during construction to ensure that we provide minimal disruption to daily life.
